Postage charges are completely free on our tags. We do not have any shipping charges for any pet tags sold through our online store PawZ.com.au. We also offer completely free engraving on ALL orders.
Most orders are dispatched from Perth, Western Australia. Red Dingo and Bow Wow Meow tags are posted from NSW. We are authorised resellers of Red Dingo and Bowwow Meow Pet tags. You can verify that we only use genuine Red Dingo products at the following link Red Dingo Online
Your account will be updated to 'Processing' as soon as your payment is confirmed, and to 'Posted' when your order has been mailed out. Red Dingo and Bowwow tags will be marked 'Submitted to Red Dingo / Bowwow'. If paying by direct deposit, we will update the status of your purchase to 'Processing' once your payment has cleared into our account. Just a reminder that our account details are found in the email you receive after making your purchase. Pet tags are generally always posted seperately to collars, and if multiple tags are ordered, these are also generally shipped out individually.
We generally post orders SAME DAY, or next working day for orders received after 3pm (Perth time), but no later than 36 hours from the time the order has been placed (Weekends excluded). However in busy periods, or during promotions there may be slightly longer delays, however you will be notified if this is the case. Around Christmas and New Year please expect longer than usual delivery times as Australia post can take a LOT longer than usual trying to deal with the huge rush of Christmas post. Please order well in advance to get your tag in time for Christmas. If you are worried and want to check your tag has been sent, please pop us an email and we will check the status and respond within 24 hours to you.
Australian and New Zealand Orders are shipped via Australia Post.
With the exception of to New Zealand, we do not ship internationally just yet. New Zealand orders will receive free delivery for a limited only.
Delivery Time Expectancy
Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery from the time you receive your postage notification. You will generally receive it much quicker but please allow this time before contacting us. If you have not received it in this time, please contact contact us with your postal details for follow up. International orders may take longer.
Please note, we need to be notified if you have NOT received your tag within 6 weeks (45 days) from the date of your order. If you do not notify us within these timescales, we have assumed that the order has been received in full and we have finalised the order. No replacements, under any circumstances, will be sent out after this time if we have not been notified within what we feel are reasonable timescales.
We want you to be 100% happy with your pet tag purchase. Pet tags you have received with incorrect engraving details WILL be replaced straight away! You do not need to return these incorrect tags. Red Dingo tags and Bow Wow Meow tags all arrive with details of how to get these amended if received incorrectly.
If the pet tag received has an engraving error, please check your order to make sure that the information you provided when you placed the order is correct. If the error is our fault we will gladly mail out a replacement at no charge.
Collars may be returned for a replacement provided the packaging is still COMPLETELY intact, and has not been torn or used in any way. You may return the goods only if the selected size is wrong, and we do not provide refunds for a wrong decision or change of mind. Please return the collar/lead with a self-address stamped envelope, and your replacement will be sent once any balance had been received and after verification that the goods returned are in as new condition. Anything returned to us in used/torn condition will be despatched back to you in your envelope provided after you have received a notification from us of our intent to do so. Please check to ensure your collar is the correct size before purchasing using the handy charts & guides provided.Please note we make every attempt to provide as accurate descriptions as possible, but from time to time certain goods go out of stock and may not be listed as available for purchase.
